Zhaniyel Bekpossynova is an associate attorney with extensive experience in employment law, immigration compliance, and complex civil litigation. She advises employers on a wide range of workplace matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, disability accommodations, and regulatory compliance. Her practice combines strategic litigation skills with deep knowledge of employment-based immigration and multinational workforce compliance.

Prior to joining Waterkotte Mullis Moreno and Garles, Ms. Bekpossynova spent several years representing corporate clients in federal and state courts in immigration, administrative, and commercial litigation. She has guided employers through visa sponsorship, I-9 compliance, Department of Labor audits, and government investigations, while also drafting employment agreements and compliance documentation for domestic and international operations.

Ms. Bekpossynova’s background includes significant in-house and international legal leadership experience, advising multinational companies on cross-border employment, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and workforce restructuring.
