Tim Denham

Tim Denham is an associate at Waterkotte Mullis Moreno & Garles, PC, where he focuses his practice on litigation matters. Prior to joining WMMG, Tim worked as a law clerk in a firm that specializes in alcoholic beverage law, where he gained hands-on experience working closely with brewery and distillery clients assisting with business formation, contract review, and intellectual property law. This role honed Tim’s skills in navigating state and federal regulations while strengthening his commitment to providing tailored, practical legal guidance for his clients.

Tim graduated with honors from the Colleges of Law, Ventura in 2024. While in law school, Tim dedicated time to volunteering at the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, primarily assisting pro se litigants with unlawful detainer responses and filing restraining orders. This experience deepened Tim’s understanding of client advocacy and the importance of equitable access to legal resources.

Prior to entering the legal field, Tim cultivated a diverse background in customer services and sales.
