Tristan A. Mullis is an experienced attorney based out of Los Angeles, California.

Tristan A. Mullis is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented individual clients and a wide array of industries and organizations.  Tristan’s practice has primarily focused on defending businesses and non-profit organizations in employment-related matters such as workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.  Tristan also has substantial experience in other forms of business litigation including property loss, personal injuries, and contract disputes.  Tristan has also successfully represented clients in various appellate matters, and has prevailed at the California Court of Appeal in multiple cases.

In addition to litigation, Tristan has extensive experience collaborating with employers to craft and implement policies and practices to maximize personnel while reducing liability risks.  This includes drafting employee handbooks and other policy forms, conducting training sessions and speaking engagements, and direct consultation with human resources professionals.

Tristan graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2009 and Bowdoin College in 2004.  While at Brooklyn Law School, Tristan was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review and the Moot Court Honor Society.
