Tim Denham

Tim Denham is an associate at Waterkotte Mullis Moreno & Garles, PC, where he concentrates his practice on civil litigation, with a focus on the defense of large retailers in premises liability matters. He represents clients through all phases of litigation and brings a disciplined, solutions-oriented approach to advancing cases, resolving contested issues, and protecting his clients’ business interests.

Prior to joining the firm, Tim gained regulatory and transactional experience as a law clerk in a boutique alcoholic beverage law practice. He earned his J.D., with honors, from The Ventura Colleges of Law, and volunteered with the Legal Aid Society of San Diego assisting pro se litigants.

Before entering the legal field, Tim developed a strong foundation in customer service and sales, which informs his client-centered approach to litigation. He prioritizes clear communication, responsiveness, and building trusted relationships to deliver effective and practical legal solutions.
