Grant D. Waterkotte is an award winning AV-Rated Attorney practicing in California and Arizona.
Grant D. Waterkotte is a shareholder and the CEO of Waterkotte Mullis Moreno & Garles. Grant is an AV-rated attorney and an associate in ABOTA, an exclusive group of trial attorneys. He was privileged to join ABOTA in 2010, only nine years into his career. Grant has tried dozens of cases across California and Arizona with exemplary results. While most cases should (and do) settle, there are certain situations when matters simply have to be tried before a jury. There are very few lawyers who are able to consistently excel in that arena. Grant has proven throughout his career that he belongs within that select group.
Grant D. Waterkotte is licensed in both California and Arizona. Grant’s practice primarily focuses on commercial trucking, employment and personal injury matters. He is on panel with multiple excess carriers and is routinely brought into high exposure cases in these fields.
Grant D. Waterkotte was born in Orange, California. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Grove City College in Pennsylvania, where he graduated cum laude, and was honored as the “Most Outstanding Student in the Social Sciences.” He received his Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee School of Law in Lexington, Virginia. While there, he served as student body president, and the managing editor of the Environmental Law Digest.
Grant D. Waterkotte was selected for inclusion in the 2021, 2022 and 2023 Southern California Super Lawyers list as well as the Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2010-2015. Grant is licensed to practice law before all Federal and State Courts of California and Arizona, the Ninth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
