Yasmin Aljarki

Yasmin Aljarki is a litigation-focused attorney with experience managing complex disputes, regulatory investigations, and high-risk legal matters. She takes a strategic, business-minded approach to litigation, helping clients assess exposure, manage risk, and position cases for efficient and favorable resolution.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Aljarki served as Director of the Legal Department at Mindr, where she led litigation strategy, conducted early case assessments, and advised executive leadership on risk exposure and settlement considerations. She worked closely with outside counsel on discovery, motion practice, and investigations, and prepared legal memoranda and risk analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Previously, Ms. Aljarki was a Team Leader in Legal & Compliance at Rocket Companies (Core Digital Media), supporting regulatory investigations and consumer complaint matters and partnering with outside counsel to develop defensible litigation and enforcement strategies. She also drafted regulatory responses and internal analyses to mitigate risk and prevent escalation.

Ms. Aljarki began her career as a Compliance Analyst at Viva Concepts, where she negotiated agreements, developed compliance frameworks, and advised internal teams on regulatory requirements, strengthening her ability to identify and address litigation risk early.

Ms. Aljarki brings a global perspective to her practice, supported by her international legal education and multilingual capabilities.
