Victoria D. Frazier is a Memphis-based litigator with experience in civil, public interest, and insurance law.

Victoria D. Frazier is an attorney with a diverse background in public interest law, civil litigation, and insurance-related matters. With over a decade of experience, her practice spans both plaintiff and defense work across state and federal courts.

Prior to reentering private practice, Victoria served as a Senior Associate at Legal Aid of Arkansas, where she advocated for vulnerable clients in Medicaid disputes, Social Security Disability appeals, education access cases, and family law matters. She also managed multiple Medical-Legal Partnerships across East Arkansas, combining her litigation skills with a deep commitment to community health and justice.

Victoria’s earlier career includes roles in subrogation negotiation, insurance claims, and civil litigation support at firms handling personal injury, workers’ compensation, and contract disputes.

In addition to her work in the legal field, Victoria recently served as an adjunct professor at Shorter Community College, teaching Introduction to Government and American History, blending hands-on legal knowledge with academic engagement.
