Nicole Benhamou

Nicole Benhamou is a dedicated litigation attorney who represents clients in complex civil matters. She approaches each case with careful preparation, strategic analysis, and a strong commitment to achieving efficient and favorable outcomes.

Nicole manages cases from initial assignment through resolution, handling all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. She has experience taking and defending depositions, appearing at hearings and conferences, and developing litigation strategies grounded in thorough legal research and careful evaluation of factual and legal issues. Nicole is known for her attention to detail, thoughtful case preparation, and ability to effectively communicate with clients and opposing counsel.

Nicole earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, where she was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. During law school, she served as Vice President of the Jewish Law Student Association and was an active member of the Women’s Legal Association. She earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and was named to the Dean’s List multiple times.
