Jonathan Termechi has a proven record of representing clients in complex, high-exposure cases throughout California. His practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, transportation, product liability, commercial litigation, and other complex civil disputes. Jonathan has successfully guided clients through every stage of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and discovery to mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal.

Jonathan is recognized for his strategic approach to litigation, combining meticulous preparation with practical, results-oriented advocacy. He works closely with clients to develop efficient legal strategies while aggressively protecting their interests both inside and outside the courtroom. His broad litigation background enables him to navigate sophisticated legal issues and deliver exceptional representation in challenging cases.

Throughout his career, Jonathan has held leadership roles at several of California’s premier litigation firms, where he represented businesses, insurers, and individuals in a wide range of complex civil matters. His experience handling high-exposure litigation has provided him with the depth of knowledge and strategic insight necessary to achieve successful outcomes for his clients.

Jonathan previously served as Senior Counsel with Waterkotte Mullis Moreno & Garles before returning to the firm as a Shareholder. His appointment reflects the firm’s confidence in his leadership, litigation experience, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Jonathan is dedicated to building lasting client relationships while providing practical counsel and vigorous advocacy in every matter he handles.

Jonathan earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he was active in the Entertainment and Sports Law Society and the Iranian Law Students Association. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
